Contact Us

Start with context.

Use the information below for general questions, project inquiries, legal notices, privacy requests, accessibility feedback, or questions about an existing engagement. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, protected health information, government identification numbers, or unnecessary confidential records.

01

Project and service inquiries

For a new project, identify the organization, the operational issue or decision that needs support, the service you are considering, the preferred timing, and the result the work should help clarify. A concise description is enough for an initial review. Additional details may be requested before availability, scope, price, or timing can be discussed.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve a start date. Managing KRB Consults may decline an inquiry that is outside general business consulting and operational support, creates a conflict, requires unavailable capacity, or calls for regulated professional advice. A project begins only after the parties complete the required written engagement steps.

02

Existing engagements

For an active engagement, include the project name, organization, and the relevant milestone, deliverable, invoice, or question. Use the established project communication channel when possible so context remains organized. The authorized client contact should consolidate team feedback and approvals unless the written scope establishes a different process.

Urgent language does not guarantee immediate availability. Response timing depends on the engagement terms, business hours, current commitments, and the nature of the request. If a requested change affects scope, schedule, deliverables, or fees, written approval may be required before additional work begins.

03

Legal, privacy, billing, or accessibility matters

A legal notice should clearly identify the sender, organization, subject, relevant agreement or transaction, and requested action. A privacy request should identify the relevant interaction and the specific information or action requested without including unnecessary sensitive information. Identity or authority may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed.

A billing question should include the invoice number, date, amount, and specific item at issue. Accessibility feedback should identify the page, task, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the barrier encountered. These details help route and evaluate the request without requiring a long narrative.

04

Response expectations

Messages are reviewed according to subject, available business capacity, and any response term in an existing engagement. A general inquiry does not carry a guaranteed response time. Providing a specific subject line and the relevant organization or project information helps the request reach the appropriate review context. Repeated copies of the same message may slow organization rather than accelerate a response.

A reply to a new inquiry may ask for clarification, suggest a preliminary conversation, explain that the request is outside available services, or state that current capacity does not support the requested timing. A preliminary response is not acceptance of an engagement, confirmation of a deadline, or approval of a proposed budget. Those terms must be established through a written scope.

05

Information handling and records

Contact information and message content may be used to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain business records, administer an engagement, address a dispute, protect systems, and comply with applicable obligations. The Privacy Policy explains the broader information-handling framework. The sender is responsible for having authority to provide any information submitted on behalf of an organization.

Do not use a general contact message to deliver material that requires a signed confidentiality agreement, regulated records, credentials, complete payment-card details, or information unrelated to the request. If particular documents are reasonably needed, a suitable delivery method can be discussed after the initial context is reviewed. Sending unsolicited confidential material does not automatically create a confidentiality duty beyond duties imposed by law or a signed agreement.
